I am a specialist family lawyer dealing with all issues arising on relationship breakdown in particular complex financial issues and child arrangements.
My approach to family law is to provide a personal and bespoke service to each client that I meet by enabling them to determine their short and long-term objectives with clarity, often in high conflict situations.
I utilise my skills as a Resolution trained Mediator and Collaborative lawyer to resolve family conflict in a constructive, realistic and pragmatic way and I act for a wide diversity of clients including company directors, professionals and high net worth individuals.
I enjoy engaging with other professionals in order to provide a holistic service to clients by ensuring that their longer term emotional and financial needs are met.
Philip is a partner in the firm and head of the department. He specialises in all aspects of matrimonial law and has a particular skill of dealing with complex financial matters in a collaborative and practical way. Philip trained as a Collaborative Family Lawyer in 2010.
