Meera is the Head of Legal Services managing the firm, she is based in the Kidderminster office, specialising in Divorce and all financial aspects of marital breakdown. She joined the firm 2000 having previously worked in Birmingham, Manchester and London.
Meera qualified in 1992 and became a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel in 1999 and she has been a member of Resolution, the National Organisation for Family Lawyers for over 20 years. Meera is an accredited specialist in Divorce settlement cases and Injunction cases through Resolution.
In 2009, Meera qualified as a Specialist Collaborative Lawyer. Collaborative Law is one of the solutions that can provide an alternative to litigation in the courts to resolve family disputes and/or make arrangements about children, finances and other personal matters after separation or divorce.
Her expertise and approachable manner immediately puts our clients at ease, ensuring that they are spoken to in a way that is clear and easy to understand. She takes a genuine interest in their family matters or disputes, wanting to help them find a solution to their situation. Meera Says –

Outside of work Meera loves spending time with her family, particularly watching her son participate in sporting activities. She enjoys socialising with friends and travelling the world and has ticked a challenge off her bucket list by taking part in the ‘Santa Run’.
Kelly is a Senior Associate with over 18 years’ experience in marital and relationship breakdown. After undertaking her Legal Practice qualification at Cardiff Law School and undertaking her training contract, she began her post qualification career in the Midlands when she joined Higgs & Sons in 2000. In 2022 Kelly joined Talbots Law.
Kelly acts for a wide range of clients, including owner managed business owners, professionals and high net work individuals. Kelly offers both the traditional route for resolving disputes as well as collaborative law.
Kelly aims to resolve disputes concerning finances and children in relationship breakdowns positively, respectfully and constructively. Kelly has undertaken the Resolution Mediation Training and Resolution Collaborative Law training.
Kelly works hard to ensure that she provides supportive, strategic and realistic advice to her client which delivers client-focused outcomes in a cost effective way.
Kelly is Chair of the Black Country Collaborative Pod which aims to promote and grow consensual dispute resolution and a member of the Birmingham Family Law Society Committee.
When not at work, Kelly enjoys having adventures with her family and keeping fit.
Nick is Head of the Family Law Department and a Partner at Rees Page Solicitors based in Wolverhampton.
Accredited by Resolution as a Specialist Family Lawyer Nick’s Practice is largely focused upon Financial Provision. With a Client base drawn primarily from families with a Professional or Business background Nick was one of the first Practitioners in the Midlands to embrace Collaborative Law and qualified as a Collaborative Lawyer in 2007.
Having experience of a wide range of matters including complex High Asset cases Nick is ideally placed to advise on the division of assets consequential upon the breakdown of a relationship including, Property, Businesses and Pensions.

A former President of Wolverhampton Law Society Nick is an active Rotarian and is involved in many fund raising events for local charities.
Louise is a Director in the Family department based at Wolverhampton. She is an Accredited Mediator and Collaboratively trained lawyer and a Specialist Children Panel Member.
After gaining her degree, Louise concluded her qualification at Chester Law School. Her legal career began as an articled clerk at Rees Page Solicitors before moving to Irwin Mitchell in Birmingham. A return to Wolverhampton followed in 1997 when Louise became an Assistant Solicitor at Dunham Brindley & Linn (‘DBL’). Partnership followed two years later. In 2010, DBL joined the QualitySolicitors family.
Louise is one of the leading ‘names’ in family law in the region. She deals with all aspects of children matters, matrimonial breakdown, pre-nuptial and pre-cohabitation agreements. Developing her mediation practice over the next few years is a key focus for Louise and the firm.
Away from work, Louise spends any spare time she has with her five-year old daughter… or hill-walking! Both sound equally demanding physically! She has also been a director of Wolverhampton Citizens Advice Bureau for over ten years.
Julia is the proprietor of a niche family law practice based in Stourbridge. She has specialised exclusively in family law for 19 years. The vast majority of Julia’s work involves providing legal advice and support to divorcing and separating couples.
Julia offers a personal, solution focussed service to her clients, dealing with a wide variety of family issues including those relating to money, property and children.

Philip is a partner in the firm and head of the department. He specialises in all aspects of matrimonial law and has a particular skill of dealing with complex financial matters in a collaborative and practical way. Philip trained as a Collaborative Family Lawyer in 2010.
His areas of expertise include financial and property matters on divorce, as well as providing proactive and specialist advice on family businesses and trusts. Philip has an excellent reputation for dealing with nuptial agreements for high net worth individuals and complex variations of existing orders.
Philip was elected to the Resolution National Committee in 2014 and is ranked Tier 1 in both Legal 500 and Chambers directories, who describe him as having a “good business brain which keeps him ahead of the game”. One peer said “If I was going to get divorced, I would go to Phil”.
